Experience as jail deputy, patrol deputy, detective, and patrol sergeant
Firearms instructor for LaPorte County Sheriff's Office since 1999
Firearms instructor for the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy in Plainfield, IN
Graduate of Ball State University in 1994
Graduated with Honors from Indiana Law Enforcement Academy in 1998
 
I am determined to decrease drug activity in LaPorte County. Being a parent of two young girls I have a common interest with the community in regards to our youth and the issues they face. I have new ways to solve old problems.
 
Civility
Improve lines of communication with surrounding law enforcement agencies
Improve communications and utilization of social service agencies
Improve relationships with local volunteer fire departments
Strengthen unity within the LaPorte County Sheriff's Office to better serve the community
Improve communications with all local public officials
